Fire Service Family Foundation was created to support the well-being, stability, and connection of fire service families. While much attention is placed on those who serve our community, the families who stand beside them often carry the quiet weight of long shifts, critical incidents, schedule disruptions, and the emotional impact of the work.
Our mission is to provide thoughtful, community-informed support for spouses, partners, and families of fire service members — especially during times of increased stress or transition. We focus on emotional connection, practical assistance, and access to trusted resources that help families navigate challenges with steadiness and dignity.
Through peer connection, resource navigation, and developing practical support initiatives, we aim to ensure that no fire service family feels alone during difficult seasons.
We are currently building in Clark County, Washington, with a vision to grow sustainably and responsibly as needs and partnerships develop.
This website serves as an early step in that process. As we continue strengthening our internal foundation, developing leadership, listening to community input; additional resources and opportunities will be introduced in the coming months. We invite spouses, partners, and families to stay connected and help shape what this support can become.
